Our services

Strength training (HIT)

Build up your strength quickly. Two 30-minute sessions of strength training a week have proven to be the ideal dose to strengthen your muscles and boost your health.

Medical training consultation

During the consultation we check your health. If you have any medical conditions, we take them into account in your training plan.

Back analysis

We determine your individual strength level. A comparison with standard data allows us to optimally plan your back training.

BIA: body composition measurement

With bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA), we can precisely show you the ratio of muscle to fat in your body.

Computer-assisted back training

Your training is focussed on improving your back muscles. Measuring and displaying your strength allows controlled training that can be precisely evaluated.

Regular monitoring

We’ll regularly assist you during your training, making sure you carry out the exercises correctly, measuring your strength with a sensor and showing you new training methods.

Cardiovascular training (4x4 HIIT)

Power for the pump. With our cardiovascular training, which we call 4x4 HIIT (high intensity interval training), you improve the pumping power of your heart and increase your endurance. One 35-minute session each week is enough.

If you’re looking to admire your muscles in the mirror, watch TV while training on the device or sit at the bar after exercising, then you’re in the wrong place with us. Our training areas forego any unnecessary decoration, provide a calm atmosphere and are limited to the essential – a strong body as a basis for an active and pain-free life for men and women alike.

In the Schlieren studio we offer two new services: Strength training for the heart muscle and physiotherapy.
 

Cardiovascular training (4x4 HIIT) from Kieser

The first innovation is strength training for the heart in the form of four high-intensity four-minute cardiovascular workouts, which we call 4x4 HIIT (high intensity interval training). Kieser’s 4x4 HIIT is considered one of the most effective ways of improving cardiac fitness. More effective than traditional endurance training, just one 35-minute session each week is enough to notice significant improvements.

Physiotherapy

Our offer now includes physiotherapy. The physiotherapy ensures a seamless transition between treatment and active training if you are suffering from complaints or injuries, with the aim of keeping the rehabilitation period as short as possible.
