Transfer of knowledge

To offer a competent service, staff must have a good level of knowledge and practical skills. This is why the company set up Kieser Training Academies (KTA). All instructors, therapists, doctors and managers complete a series of theoretical and practical courses and so are given intensive preparation before they take up their duties.

To ensure an exchange of ideas, the KTAs are in regular contact with the Kieser Training R&D Department and Quality Control Department .  This allows the latest developments in both theory and practice to feed into future staff training.

All staff employed by Kieser Training are required to complete these training courses. If you are interested in joining us, please contact the Manager of the Kieser Training facility in which you would like to work. Information on current vacancies can be found under "Job offers ".
